We are a well established foreign conglomerate having business interest in Palm Oil Plantations, Breweries, Financial Services and Leisure. PT. Agro Indomas is the Groups’ plantations in Indonesia who has a land bank in excess of 100,000 hectares of plantations and mills in Kalimantan Tengah and Kalimantan Timur. In line with our expansion plans and commitments for growth, we are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic professionals to be based in Kalimantan.

1. Assistant Account
(Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Selatan, Kalimantan Tengah, Kalimantan Timur)

Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly financial statements on a fully computerized environment and the required reconciliation on a regular basis
- Prepare operational and statutory payments
- Carry-out Creditors and Debtors management activities

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Candidates required to be placed at plantation in remote area (Kalimantan)
- Required skill(s): Accounting.
- Preferred skill(s): Oracle environment.
- Required language(s): English.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Qualifications in IT will be an added advantage
- Should demonstrate previous experience in ERP/computerized environment, working with packages such as Oracle financials will be a distinctive advantage
- Sound internal control skills, and knowledgeable in business processes
- Excellent English communication skills

2. Assistant Plantation/Assisten Kebun
(Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Selatan, Kalimantan Tengah, Kalimantan Timur)

Responsibilities:
- Your main responsibilities are planning, land clearing, planting, nursery establishment

Requirements:
- Age between 25 – 35 years old.
- S1 Agronomy/Agriculture
- Has experience minimum 2 years in Plantation – Palm oil company
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities, self motivated, positive attitude and high level people management skills
- Ability to work independently, is well-organized, performance oriented, meticulously detailed, strong analytical skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Dynamic, creative and working based on target
- Willing to be placed at remote area

3. Assistant Manager HR
(Kalimantan Tengah – Sampit)

Responsibilities:
- Ensure successful implementation of the recruitment plan
- Developing recruitment strategy and tools that meets the company need
- Manage and monitor recruitment activities
- Can performed end-to-end HR services include recruitment & retention, compensation & benefits and other related HR function
- You are required to involve in placement process like conducting Interview, arranging interview, reference checks, negotiating with the candidate, ensuring the offer letters and other documentation required for the new entrants are in place

Requirements:
- Max. 40 years old
- Bachelor degree in psychology, Human resources Management or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience in the same position
- Able to follow through on actions with sense of urgency and keep confidentiality
- Has a good computer skill
- Fluent in both oral & written English
- Be in a team player, but able to work independently; Able to work well in under pressure working environment
- A self-motivated, full of initiative and able to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and administration skills

3. Agronomy Assistant
(Kalimantan Tengah – Sampit)

Responsibilities:
- Water Management
- Investigate and gather soil related information over Agro Group land properties
- Ensure Land Clearing work is done to the best industry standards and as per Company requirements and policy
- Establishment of new and maintenance of current Nursery seedlings to obtain success rates of > 85%. Ensure irrigation and fertilization are timely. Culling carried out at set intervals.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kalimantan.
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Agriculture/Forestry/Fisheries or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.

4. Manager Civil Engineering, Assistant Manager Civil Engineering
(Kalimantan Tengah)

Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, develop and maintain the infrastructure in the plantations premises
- Develop specifications and BOQ’s for new civil engineering work in addition to developing and implementing an effective and cost efficient maintenance program
- Design and prepare specifications and award small contract at site in addition to assisting in preparing major contracts, etc.
- Manage projects within time and cost factors, coupled with a high level of project management
- Develop designs using CAD design techniques and packages such as AutoCAD, MS Project, etc

* PURPOSE
o The role of the jobholder is to assist the GM in carrying out construction project and its maintenance at the assigned SPU.
* DIMENSION
o FINANCIAL
+ Optimize the budget allocated for all work activities
* KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
o To carryout repairs and regular maintenance work relating to buildings, roads bridges, culverts and timely attend to the civil work under taken by the division.
o To supervise the work performed by the Technical Assistants and maintain a record of the persons involved, time spent, materials used and provide such information to the Mechanical Engineer.
o To monitor the work progress of he construction contracts in progress which are undertaken by his division as well as contracted to outsiders and inform the Mechanical Engineer Group of the observation.
o To ensure efficient handling of the tools and materials used for repairs and safe custody.
o To advice the technical assistants the effective and efficient methodologies of carrying out the day to day work assigned.
o Implement all relevant EHS policies, procedures and SOPs
o Implement relevant EHS improvement program to meet company objective and target.
o Communicate the EHS requirement to related subordinate.
o Ensure related contractor comply with EHS requirements.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): AutoCAD, MS Project.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent. Job role in Civil Engineer or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Exposure to HOUSING, CONSTRUCTION, ROAD, BRIDGE, factory & warehouse premises, structural drawings, planning, etc
- Experience in working with Contractors
- Possess excellent report writing and verbal communication skills
- Possess good analytical skills
- High integrity and good leadership capability
- Proficiency in English and computer literacy are prerequisites
- Preferred age between 30 – 40 years old

5. HR Assistant
(Kalimantan Selatan, Kalimantan Tengah)

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position prefearably experiences in a Manufacturing setting handling more than 1000 employees.
- Having strong knowledge in Labor Law and have adequate experiences in handling labor unions.
- Experienced in RECRUITMENT
- MUST BE willing to be placed in Kalimantan.
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
